As a Security Guard - AFull Time Day Shift in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Handle and carry firearms responsibly in accordance with Allied Universal policies and applicable laws.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activities as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel as necessary during incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings to help to deter potential security-related risks within the financial institution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
