POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Compile, analyze and prepare financial and statistical information in support of accounting and financial analysis, including consolidated reporting and/or reporting in compliance with SEC rules and regulations Prepare quarterly Form 10-Q, annual Form 10-K as well as footnote disclosures, draft sections of MD&A disclosures, and XBRL information Prepare GAAP and SEC Disclosure Checklists to ensure compliance with the U.S. GAAP and SEC Regulation Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to enable proper accounting/reporting and support the business Perform processes and procedures to comply with SOX 404 control framework Assist in the company's external audit Lead/participate in special projects and initiatives and support with any ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
