Work Shift:

Salary Exempt (United States of America) Reporting to the Manager, HRIS this role is responsible for managing and maintaining the Company's Workday HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, developing reports, monitoring and maintaining integrations, and managing security. This role provides user support and training to support HR and business functions, while collaborating on system enhancements and leading HRIS-related projects.
  • Administer and maintain the Company's Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Oversee accurate system configurations, user access/security and data entry, and maintain accurate change documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits for HRIS data quality/integrity and system maintenance.
  • Ensure configured solutions meet system integrity requirements around sustainability, efficiency, automation, and standardization.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including data errors, security, process and integrations.
  • Design, execute, and document thorough and methodical testing for system changes/updates.
  • Provide end user support for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HRIS workflows.
  • Develop and deliver training for HRIS end users, including updating training resources/documentation, to enhance user proficiency.
  • Generate and analyze reporting solutions to support decision-making and compliance, and create custom reports/dashboards to meet needs of various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems, including IS, payroll vendors, talent acquisition processes, and talent management systems.
  • Partner with HRIS third parties and vendors to implement updates, enhance system capabilities, and resolve issues.
  • Lead and/or partner with the appropriate functional lead(s) for effective change management of system changes.
  • Coordinate bi-annual Workday releases and act as thought partner with the HR functions to evaluate and implement releases.
  • Stay up to date on the newest Workday-related technologies to optimize user experience and strategic Company initiatives.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws/regulations impacting HRIS data and ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, interacting effectively with project team members, project managers, and staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree, Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field.

    4+ years of Workday HCM experience required.

    Solid HR functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes and data, including workflows.

    Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to see project through the full lifecycle to completion.

    Creative approach to solving technical or process-related problems.

    Solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes.

    Work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage time and prioritize projects.

    Service-oriented approach to internal customers and peer relationships, ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a team environment.

    Discipline to work with highly confidential information and ability to critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and impact.
