As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for any irregularities.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including guiding individuals and/or coordinating with first responders if necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or vendors to provide assistance and uphold site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
