The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor role within the University Hospitals W.O. Walker Building offers a unique chance to become part of a dynamic, collaborative interdisciplinary team. What You Will Do

• Provides psychosocial assessment / intervention to assist patients/families (Including clinically complex).
  Communicates/collaborates with the work team using a multidisciplinary approach.

• Understands and follow policies and procedures regarding referrals to relevant hospital services - Intensive Outpatient Program, Inpatient, Electro-convulsive Therapy

• Collaborates and consults with multidisciplinary team within the Mood Disorders Program

• Maintain patient records in accordance with UH standards

• Assist with organizational development and relationship management with relevant referral sources

• Periodically participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings
