A well-established, family-owned convenience retailer is seeking an experienced Gas Station Store Manager to oversee a high-traffic location, lead a dedicated team, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hours & Pay



  • Salary: $55,000-$75,000 annually
  • Schedule: Full-time with 24-hour availability as needed
  • Training Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

Daily Tasks



  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store team members
  • Enforce compliance with age-restricted sales and ID verification policies
  • Oversee daily cash controls, deposits, safe counts, and shift paperwork
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, vendor coordination, and shrink control
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant store and forecourt
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
  • Ensure proper operation of fuel pumps, POS systems, and store equipment
  • Execute promotions, merchandising standards, and pricing updates
  • Monitor labor costs, cost of goods sold, and key performance indicators
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and hands-on support



Requirements



  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume gas station required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems, back-office software, scheduling, and reporting
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
  • Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Strong customer service mindset with a hands-on management approach
