As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will conduct regular vehicle patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will remain visible throughout the site, provide outstanding customer service, and use your communication skills to support visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other undesirable activities within the retail and mall environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
