What to Expect We are looking for a highly skilled Architectural Design Managerto join our Creative Design team, who is passionate about our mission on the infrastructure team withfocuson People Spaces / Workplace projects & lab planning.In this role, you will be leading the design and delivery ofpeoplespace projects, partnering with internal cost estimating and construction teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure successful execution from concept through construction. The candidate will oversee design workflows, coordinate design reviews, and deliver fully integrated construction packages (IFP/IFC).The role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for driving multi-disciplinary projects, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen. This role requires you to be extremely detail oriented,identify real hard barriersand drive the cross-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality. You will drive collaboration between Design & Engineering disciplines, Construction, R&D, operations to ensure our team's goals are aligned with company priorities. We are a demanding and fast-paced environment, so being self-motivated and disciplined is critical. Lab planning involves stakeholder engagement, test fitting equipment to optimize space within coderequirements & operationalstandards. This role requires attention to detail, along withgreat communication & interpersonalskills, to create on-going relationships with stakeholders and their leadership. Key responsibilities include delivering presentations, coordinating across stakeholders, engineering, construction & cost estimation teams to develop a complete design packageofeach lab. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
