Overview

Orrick has an exciting opening for a Data Management and Integrity Coordinator in any of our offices, who is ready to be challenged and build a career within an AmLaw Top 100 law firm.

In this role, you will play an integral part on the firm's lateral partner recruiting team. You will seamlessly organize and track candidate data, gather and assemble candidate materials, request and track candidate feedback, maintain and distribute pipeline and candidate reports, and engage in additional tasks and special projects, as requested. Heavy and innovative use of iCIMS, our applicant tracking system, is anticipated.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with organization and management of information related to potential candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking database to ensure information is fulsome, accurate and current
  • Review of candidate target lists for prior history and preparation of resulting report
  • Prepare partner candidate meeting packages that include agenda and bios of Orrick participants
  • Collect and monitor feedback after interviews
  • Prepare, maintain and circulate pipeline and other candidate reports
  • Maintain fee agreement library and search firm data
  • Obtain appropriate marketing and collateral material for candidates and search firms
  • Maintain library of current recruiting decks, Orrick partner bios and other recruiting-related material
  • Engage in frequent professional communication with outside recruiters, senior partners and others within Orrick
  • General administrative assistance including preparation and submission of expense reimbursements
  • Technology requirements
    • Outlook calendaring and email
    • Zoom and Teams experience
    • Word processing, including Excel
    • Ability to generate slides or decks, generally in PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience is required
  • 2-5 years of experience in professional services environment
  • iCIMS or similar applicant tracking software experience required
  • Possess an enthusiastic approach to client service, and strong organization/time management skills
  • Data focused and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, PDF creation, and Excel
  • Flexibility working with various department
  • Research and proofreading ability
  • Ability to take direction and multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use discretion while working with confidential information
  • Ability to juggle competing urgent priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is:

  • New York City, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco $53,000 - $85,000
  • Washington DC, Los Angeles, Orange County, Santa Monica, Sacramento, Boston, and Seattle $50,000 - $80,000
  • All Other US Locations $45,000 - $70,000

Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
