The Outside Sales Representative for Florida Products Group is responsible for driving sales across precast concrete product lines by developing and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic-minded, tech-savvy self-starter with high sales aptitude and demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Job Duties:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and key decision-makers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Promote Precast solutions through customer consultations and on-site visits.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with regional and national teams on sales promotions and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and education on product applications and specifications.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales activity and forecasting reports.
  • Attend construction site meetings and support project planning and execution.


Work Environment:


  • Remote-based with frequent travel to customer locations and construction sites within Florida. Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions on job sites.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to lift and carry samples and product materials up to 50 lbs.


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, construction management, or a related field.
  • Prior sales experience in Ready Mix, Precast, or Masonry/Hardscape product lines highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ASTM specifications and construction documentation.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and ERP platforms.
  • Self-starter with a high sales aptitude and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and propose strategic solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
