The Director, Growth Compensation provides leadership with comparison compensation modeling to optimize revenue potential and motivate Growth team members to reach their maximum productivity. This position will execute annual compensation plans for quota carrying individuals at all levels including VPs, as well as any amendments needed. The Director, Growth Compensation will administer monthly CS commission and CR bonus payments, addressing any conflicts or disputes. It will establish and maintain Growth Team members' confidence in integrity, independence and efficiency, as well as interface with Finance for expense accrual and forecast.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Create On-Target-Earning modeling for various roles in the Client Services and Client Relations roles, particularly blended roles and new hires. Partner with Growth and Compensation teams to draft, update, finalize and issue compensation plans for growth team roles
  • Track projected and actual performance against quota of the team and provide regular updates to Client Relations leadership and CDO, flagging potential anomalies and issues
  • Track and process bonus payments monthly based on actual attainment as the year progresses and recognized revenue approaches bonus payment thresholds
  • Execute monthly Client Services commission payment process timely and accurately. Read and summarize new client contracts on the CS Summary spreadsheet along with particular terms relevant to the GVP and CDO
  • Elevate exceptions and risks to Client Services and Client Relations leadership or CDO to maintain a consistent process through the teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10 years experience in Compensation focused roles, including experience with incentive plans

  • Must have strong analytics background

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $145,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

This position is also eligible for a 10% bonus plan and $15,000 in Restricted Stock Units.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule(vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
