Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will interact with visitors and employees, support access control, and utilize technology to assist in daily operations, all while embodying our values of agility, reliability, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support site operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for any unusual circumstances.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals in accordance with site protocols.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or irregularities according to site and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support a secure environment for employees and visitors within a technology-focused location by maintaining a visible presence and following established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
