As a Security Officer - Telecom Unarmed Patrol in Peachtree Corners, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, or telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing visible support and exceptional customer service to those on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or potential threats.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to the proper authorities and Allied Universal management.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document and maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with other security-related personnel and site staff to support a secure environment tailored to a technology, media, or telecom setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
