Job Description




As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Aero in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols.
  • Support access control measures and verify identification for individuals entering restricted areas.
  • Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in detailed reports.
  • Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to maintain a secure environment.
  • Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or alarms as needed, following established response protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a Level III Armed Certification if applying in Texas.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
