Description
The Talent Acquisition Director leads the strategic recruitment function of the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all departments. The director collaborates with senior leadership to align hiring practices with business goals and ensures a seamless candidate experience. The director is accountable for ensuring revenue targets and capacity needs are met by proactively recruiting talent to meet the needs of all business units. This position leads and coaches recruitment team on best-in-class recruiting strategies and processes to support the company's rapid growth. The director proactively works with business leaders and human resources business partners to identify talent gaps; builds and leads the execution of a plan to address these needs. Specific responsibilities include dissecting and reinventing the talent acquisition process, developing best-in-class capability, optimization of system for recruiting, sourcing strategy, driving recruitment activities, filling the Lifespark talent pipeline with qualified candidates, establishing a partnership network, and selling the Lifespark culture and model to prospective candidates and the market at large. Drive initiatives for a creative candidate generation to ensure a diverse pipeline is available to meet the needs of the business. Report on KPIs (key performance indicators) to ensure optimum time to fill and quality hire metrics.
