Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $28-$31 per hour
  • Schedule: Night Shift; preferred hours are 6:00 PM-2:30 AM or 7:00 PM-3:30 AM
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire



What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)



  • Coordinate daily drug and alcohol testing activities, including timely notifications to management and third-party vendors
  • Escort employees on foot and/or by vehicle to designated collection areas within the facility
  • Communicate safety concerns promptly and clearly to leadership and testing partners
  • Track, maintain, and report testing results with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to drug and alcohol events and incidents
  • Serve as the primary liaison to third-party vendors and Medical Review Officers (MROs)
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert, providing guidance and interpretation of substance abuse policies
  • Support education and awareness of policies among employees and internal stakeholders



What We're Looking For (Requirements)



  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Human Resources, or a related field

    • OR 4+ years of experience in a security officer or public safety role in lieu of a degree


  • Working knowledge of public safety and security procedures
  • Familiarity with administering and enforcing drug and alcohol policies
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-12-hour shifts with occasional overtime
  • Experience working in manufacturing or production environments with complex, high-volume case management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
