Overview

Edifecs is currently seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) for Account Management to cultivate enduring and trustful relationships with our clientele. The primary responsibility of the RVP, Account Management is to oversee a portfolio of designated top-tier clients, foster new business within the existing client base, and actively pursue fresh sales prospects.

Key responsibilities encompass establishing robust connections with clients, engaging with crucial business executives and stakeholders, and formulating strategic account plans. The role also involves addressing client inquiries and pinpointing new business prospects among current customers. In this capacity, you will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Service and Product Development departments, to enhance the overall customer experience. Travel of up to 50% is required for this position.



Responsibilities

    Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters for ALL Edifecs products for 12-16 customers.
  • Responsible for executive connect and relationship between Edifecs and Customer
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability
  • Responsible for selling Edifecs software expansions and add-ons against a sales quota rolling up under overall Edifecs sales quota.
  • Will have target quota for New Software License Expansions, New Software License Add-ons, Software Renewals and Professional Services attached to the Software.
  • Responsible for Software renewals book of business at the clients with target increase YoY
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics
  • Generate reports on account status
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level individuals
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple account management projects concurrently, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to collaborate with internal executives and teams to achieve client objectives
