Support and assist the team and Team Leader to execute the manufacturing plan .

High Level Statement of the Role:

Provides general daily support to the manufacturing team to help ensure the manufacturing plan for the area is accomplished.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The utility person has the authority, responsibility and accountability to :

• Maintain the PVD Board
• Completes maintenance request as needed
• Maintains cross training matrix
• Provided employee training when needed
• expedites late and replacement parts as necessary
• Preforms data entry for scrap material in SAP
• Helps communicate and coordinate operator activities based on routings and schedules
• able to run machinery when needed
• Fills in for the team leader is absent
• Helps ensure 5S activities and goals for the area are met
• Performs other duties and task as assigned

Preferred Requirements:

• Three to Five years of Robotic welding
• Three to Five years of Powder coating /Supervision
• Three to Five years of SAP
• Five to eight years of metal manufacturing experience.
• Prior KII experience within the past year
• High School Diploma or GED
