Your Tasks

  • Lead and manage a regional team of boiler engineering professionals to deliver high-quality client services
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and technically consistent service delivery across the region
  • Effectively manage field staff workloads, timeliness, and expenses
  • Manage project and plan reviews to ensure compliance and timely, quality completion
  • Collaborate with other districts to support company-wide service goals
  • Identify staff development needs and facilitate performance improvement
  • Manage staffing levels through hiring and inter-district collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with local governmental regulations and corporate initiatives.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering or sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property risk engineering
  • Ability to evaluate boiler/machinery risks and exposures
  • Strong understanding of boiler/machinery protection standards (ASME, NBIC, IEEE, API, FM Global)
  • Technical expertise in Highly Protected Risk (HPR) characteristics and loss estimate definitions
  • Proven leadership experience in project management or supervisory roles
  • Familiarity with TUV SUD GRC systems and processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $175,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
  • Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel
  • Physical requirements: Sitting, talking, hearing, and occasional lifting (up to 25ibs)
