The Taylor Creative Designs division of Taylor Corporation is seeking a Vice President, Creative Services operating as Executive Creative Director, as a senior executive responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of a new capability providing video and creative production services to customers and our business. This role leads a multi-disciplinary video production team and studio operation, ensuring all video content elevates the brands we work with, supports business objectives, and delivers measurable impact for customers.

This individual will play a critical role in the business achieving aggressive revenue growth objectives. This individual will be accountable for harnessing a diverse set of capabilities and competencies to achieve desired outcomes through partnership.

As both a strategic leader and creative authority, the Executive Creative Director sets the creative direction, scales production excellence, and partners closely with customers and executive leadership to translate their business priorities into compelling visual storytelling.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and own the creative vision for video and motion content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business goals, and audience needs
  • Establish creative standards, storytelling frameworks, and visual identity guidelines for video production
  • Lead end-to-end video production operations, including concept development, scripting, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution
  • Build and optimize production workflows, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed to market
  • Oversee studio operations, production budgets, resource planning, and vendor/agency relationships
  • Ensure creative excellence while balancing timelines, budgets, and operational constraints
  • Set clear goals, roles, and performance expectations aligned to business outcomes
  • Attract, develop, and retain top creative talent
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, presenting creative concepts, rationale, and results with confidence and clarity
  • Stay current on emerging video formats, platforms, technologies, and industry trends
  • Manage resources in a highly efficient manner while not compromising on quality in output
  • Establish a brand-new Creative Services revenue stream for the organization; will be accountable to meeting revenue targets and managing Pro Forma P&L
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and gain consensus with key stakeholders. Lead from concept phase through execution phase
  • Simultaneously manage several different go-to-market brands and narratives; advise and implement strategy to strengthen presence of brands in the marketplace
  • Must inspire enthusiasm and relentless ability to deliver, nimbleness in approach and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of progressive creative leadership experience, with significant focus on video production and content
  • Proven experience leading large, in-house video or creative production teams at scale
  • Executive-level creative vision paired with strong operational and business acumen
  • Deep expertise in video storytelling, production methodologies, and post-production workflows
  • Strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between big-picture vision and executional detail
  • Disruptive mindset that is unwilling to accept status quo or complacency
  • Tendency to think "out of the box" and implement progressive strategies
  • Demonstrated experience growing product and/or services revenue year over year a plus
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Film, Media, Design, Communication or related field, MBA highly preferred

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $200,000-250,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
