Marketing Manager - Manufacturing & Energy Tech | Trotwood, OH

Drive the brand of a fast-growing international manufacturer. This expanding technology company-specializing in high-performance electrical transformers for industrial and renewable energy markets-is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, digital initiatives, and brand growth from the ground up.

This is a high-impact role at a brand-new U.S. facility, with opportunities to shape marketing direction, generate measurable results, and support global business expansion.

• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Salary: $90,000-$100,000/year (DOE)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in manufacturing, electrical equipment, or energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM/marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns
• Multilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
