JOB TITLE: Driver Warehouse Supervisor LOCATION: Burns Flat, OK REPORTS TO: Terminal Manager SCHEDULE: TBD COMPENSATION: Hourly. Commensurate with skills and experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Brief manager on daily issues Follow up on driver concerns with delivery locations Ensure schedules are met and deliveries are done in a timely fashion Assist with the maintenance and operation of all trucks Ensure the overall health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment Assist with reviewing daily routes to help improve productivity Respond to and assist drivers with any complications or issues Conduct safety meetings with drivers Reconcile packaged, truck, and bulk lube activity Manage and complete monthly inventory reconciliation, including cycle counts, resolving inventory variances, and maintaining inventory control Coordinate tank orders and deliveries, manage tank inventory Manage and maintain security of the building and stock to ensure all products are accounted for Proactively maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the warehouse Schedule and dispatch workers to appropriate locations according to orders, customer requests, specifications, or needs Monitor and assist with Driver hours of service Run daily deliveries as needed (weekend coverage) Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures Properly load and unload product at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara) Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable Comply with Sun Coast's accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills Other related tasks as assigned by manager Pay Range: - , General Benefits: BASIC REQUIREMENTS Locals only please. Must live within 60 miles of terminal Minimum age 23 Valid class A license with tanker endorsements, a good driving record and a good understanding of DOT regulations Must have a Strong knowledge and understanding of FMCSA/DOT regulatory guidelines Must be able to pass background screening including MVR and criminal Must be able to drive a 10 speed Stable employment history Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel programs Flexible schedule - come in early, stay late, and work on weekends, On call availability 24/7 Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities, responsibilities, strategies, demands and timelines May be required to lift objects weighing 50 pounds Must be able to work nights, weekends, and an extended workweek. Some mechanical and electrical aptitude Professional appearance and demeanor Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate using the English language well enough to perform the job functions Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, and for 12 to 18 hours per day Must be able to use three points of access getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day Must be able to climb up steps to verify tank compartments as needed Must be able to work safely in uneven or muddy surfaces Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Sun Coast Resources, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
