General Shop Shift: 1st, (6:30am-3pm) Pay: $20/hr. (Based on experience) We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Shop Laborer to join our fabrication shop team on 1st shift. This is a hands-on role supporting shipping and receiving, general shop labor, and painting/coating operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who is dependable, safety-minded, and willing to assist wherever needed in a small-crew environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming steel, components, and materials. Safely unload trucks using forklifts or overhead cranes Tag, stage, and organize incoming materials for production use. Prepare outbound shipments by packaging, banding, wrapping, and completing required documentation. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
