This leader will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategic vision and innovative product roadmap transforming the industry while delivering exceptional customer experiences making Adobe's Pro Design tools a core part of all creative workflows. You will champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches, revolutionizing the world of design and setting the gold standard for future products from Adobe and the Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of product strategy, roadmap, and integrations within Creative Cloud for design products and services. They will collaborate with engineering to innovate in all core areas related to the Pro Design portfolio. There will be a strong focus on understanding the market and competitors, identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention, and using product-led growth and data-driven strategies. You will bring a proven ability to deliver compelling user experiences, work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a profound impact through influence. In California, the pay range for this position is $255,500 - $397,250 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
