This temporary position is for a mid-to-senior level E-Learning Developer to support critical microtraining projects. The role primarily involves the development and packaging of e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise for client LMS upload. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the continuity of key client and internal projects, including the completion of an 8-module client project and an internal project that is 85% complete. The ability to quickly onboard, work independently with existing templates, and professionally interact with clients is paramount to the success of this role, which is vital for maintaining project timelines and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and package e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

- Complete existing microtraining projects, including a client project (70% complete) and an internal project (85% complete).

- Work with pre-existing storyboards and templates to build interactive content.

- Set up basic triggers for interactive elements within modules.

- Prepare and package e-learning content for client LMS upload.

- Interact professionally with clients, potentially participating in calls and direct outreach.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines are met.

- Participate in knowledge transfer with the exiting e-learning experience manager.

Qualifications:

- Mid to senior-level experience in e-learning development.

- Proven proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

- Experience in developing microtraining modules.

- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients.

- Strong understanding of e-learning packaging for LMS upload.

- Ability to quickly onboard and work effectively with existing project templates and storyboards.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Availability for a full-time (35 hours/week) remote temporary contract for 2-3 months.
