We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive CRM Data Administrator to join our team. This critical role is responsible for reactivating and maintaining our client relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and usability. Initially, the position will focus on a significant data cleanup and validation project, processing tickets, accepting updates, and performing research to confirm contact and address information. Following this project, the role will transition into ongoing CRM administration and broader administrative support, becoming the internal expert for the system. This position is integral to ensuring our internal users have confidence in the data, enabling effective outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities:



  • Process tickets and accept updates coming from internal users and other sources.
  • Validate and research address and contact information as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform data entry and ensure records are current before accepting updates into the CRM.
  • Apply judgment to confirm data accuracy before making changes to the system.
  • Contribute to a large-scale data cleanup and validation project.
  • Transition to broader administrative tasks and projects after the initial data cleanup.
  • Serve as the internal CRM administrator, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
  • Become the internal expert for the CRM system, utilizing vendor training provided.


Qualifications:



  • A few years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to research and validate information effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with LexisNexis Interaction is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in standard office software.
