Description and Requirements
Sr. Manager, PCSD (Small & Medium Business) Planning & Operations
This role reports to the North America Sales Operations Director and leads a team of Customer (Distribution) Collaboration Managers and Sales Operations Analysts in support of the Commercial PCSD Small & Medium Business (SMB) organization.
This is a highvisibility leadership position supporting the North America leadership team. The Sr. Manager will act as a business operator, owning initiatives endtoend-from insight and analysis through execution-while aligning crossfunctional partners and driving adoption of operational improvements that directly impact SMB sales performance.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business ownership, sales operations, demand planning, and partnerfacing experience, with the ability to translate data into actionable leadership insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a highperforming team of Customer Collaboration Managers and Sales Operations Analysts
  • Own SMB operational performance by analyzing key business metrics, identifying trends, and delivering clear, actionable insights to executive leadership
  • Formally manage Customer Collaboration Managers (CCMs) responsible for maintaining longterm, trusted relationships with distributor partners
  • Oversee and assess inventory planning fundamentals, including weeks of inventory (WOI), run rates, reservations, availabletosell, and related metrics
  • Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate delivery of executivelevel reporting, business reviews, and BMS cadence materials
  • Provide analytical and planning support for the semiannual quotasetting and deployment process
  • Partner crossfunctionally on topics including order load, quota analysis and deployment, pipeline health, sales tracks, and quarterly revenue commitments
  • Influence and advise senior leadership on strategic decisions, business risks, and performance opportunities
  • Lead ongoing and adhoc business improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the SMB organization
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading highperforming teams
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience, delivering analytics, forecasting, and business insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated financial ownership and accountability
  • Experience developing, optimizing, and governing business management systems, processes, and tools
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with peers, senior leadership, and crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executive audiences
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities and analytical thinking
  • Selfdirected, proactive leader with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Dynamics, Qlik, SQL, and/or Power BI preferred
