Position Summary & Responsibilities
The Inventory Analyst will work collaboratively to support multiple internal customers, such as Quality Control and Manufacturing. The role proactively anticipates and mitigates inventory shortages while minimizing excess and obsolescence (E&O) and conducts comprehensive inventory analysis to identify and report key supply chain metrics.

The main areas of responsibility include the following:

  • Develop and execute replenishment strategies.

  • Analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels and manage general inventory operations.

  • Communicate regularly with Quality Control and Manufacturing on materials.

  • Purchase activities and issue resolution.

  • Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

  • Perform ad hoc inventory control analyses and other tasks as assigned.

  • Assist other areas of Supply Chain when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Excellent communications, organization, and planning skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Science or equivalent work experience.

  • CDMO supply chain experience

  • Previous experience with ERP/MRP tools.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $50,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
