Measurement Analyst

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $37-$40/hour

Role Summary

Responsible for accurate volumetric and compositional measurement data used for revenue allocation, settlements, and reporting. Supports measurement operations and ensures regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Execute pre-close and monthly measurement close activities by the 5th workday

  
  
• 
  

  Validate and finalize measurement data per Phillips 66 SOPs

  
  
• 
  

  Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and variances

  
  
• 
  

  Deliver finalized measurement data to accounting, marketing, and commercial teams

  
  
• 
  

  Support Measurement Operations with technical and data issues

  
  
• 
  

  Communicate with Measurement, Accounting, and internal/external stakeholders

  
  
• 
  

  Generate reports and provide measurement data as required

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure compliance with SOX, BLM, and applicable federal/state regulations

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent measurement experience

  
  
• 
  

  2+ years oil and gas industry experience

  
  
• 
  

  2+ years data analysis and variance investigation

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with FLOWCAL, TestIT, and Power BI

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of gas measurement, orifice meters, and standards (AGA 3, API 14.3, GPA 8185)

  
  
• 
  

  Advanced math and Excel skills

  
  
• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  3+ years midstream measurement experience

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with flow computers, SCADA, and electronic measurement systems

  
  
• 
  

  Orifice meter calibration and troubleshooting experience
