As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unacceptable activity and report any suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual activity, in accordance with company policies.
• Assist customers, visitors, and employees by providing information and directions as needed.
• Work closely with management and local law enforcement as required to address incidents and/or emergencies.
• Complete required reports and logs documenting observations, incidents, and activities during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
