Security Officer - Armed SPO License Required

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Full-Time

Hourly pay rate $34.48

Must have Armed DC SPO License

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum requirements for both:

• Age: 21 years old or older
• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Citizenship Requirements: Each employee of the Contractor shall be a citizen of the United States of America or an alien who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence asevidenced by Alien Registration Receipt Card Form 1-151.
• Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently and communicate clearly and unimpaired at all times, including during emergencies.
• Criminal Record: Must not have any record of criminal conviction other than for minor traffic violations (in accordance with Article - Background Investigations - in Technical Form 4 Contract Matrix).
• Experience:
• Armed SPO: An SPO must have three (3) years of experience with a law enforcement, military, intelligence, police, or private security organization.
