Rheumatologist Department of Medicine Position Overview Boston Medical Center - Brighton, a member of the BMC Health System, is seeking a fulltime BC/BE Rheumatologist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality care. Our staff rheumatologist will coordinate care with referring primary care physicians and work closely with other specialists including orthopedists, spine surgeons, hand surgeons, neurosurgeons, and physical and occupational therapists. This position comes with the opportunity to teach residents and medical students.Support for a faculty appointment application, academic support for research projects, and mentoring are provided. The position offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with strong ties to the Section of Rheumatology at Boston Medical Center - Main Campus, and ensuring access to subspecialty expertise, teaching opportunities, and research collaboration if desired. Compensation range: $255,004 - $300,000 The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
