We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Lead with deep experience in U.S. and foreign defense training markets-Areas of focus will initially be Live, Virtual and Constructive capabilities, next gen live monitoring/debrief systems (SPEAR), and P5 Combat Training System / Tactical Combat Training System. Specific duties will involve: developing and capturing business opportunities targeting 4th, 5th, and 6th Generation domestic and worldwide markets; working with both U.S. and non-U.S. aircraft manufacturers and industry partners; supporting the capture process. This position will report to the Vice President, Business Development. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Cubic pay range:
$118,510.00 - $220,090.00 USD annual plus benefits
