ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and deployments for application enhancements.
  • Identify and communicate potential procedure updates to applicable team.
  • Create test cases based on new implementations and enhancements including regression requirements.
  • Document testing results and work with applicable teams to help diagnosis concerns and


re-test.



  • Provides timely follow-up communication regarding status of user acceptance testing.
  • Develop a strong Mouser business acumen and use it with each assignment.
  • Must be seen as an advocate for customers and internal users.
  • Provides feedback on better solutions to improve the customer and user experience.
  • A team player who represents the company and Global Sales Operations team in a professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Utilize organizational skills to document and provide easy access to testing information.
  • Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking ability.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer service business acumen with complete knowledge of systems and tools available.
  • Evaluates recommendations for system and process enhancements to help identify opportunities and deliver a successful user experience.
  • Demonstrate the initiative to spend time with all levels of users.

  • Able to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets, printed reports, and terminal screens.
  • Able to type data and use PC for extended periods of time.



EDUCATON & EXPERIENCE

Degree from four-year college or university in the business or project management field, or 2 years experience with written process, project management, and reporting in a corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
