Overview $10,000 Sign-On Bonus In our Emergency Department, you'll care for patients across the lifespan, performing bedside procedures, managing continuous monitoring, utilizing advanced trauma and medical equipment, and administering medications, including vasoactive agents and sedation for ventilated patients. With Rock Island operating as a Level II Trauma Center and Bettendorf as a Level IV Trauma Center, you'll gain experience across a wide range of trauma acuity and complex cases. To support your success, we provide a comprehensive 3-4 month orientation, combining hands-on bedside training, classroom education, and strong leadership guidance.
