About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Slack is where work happens-bringing together conversations, context, and now agents into a single operating system for work.
We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead Slack's calendar, email, and context-powered productivity experiences. In this role, you'll shape how Slack connects with the enterprise tools customers use every day-owning the vision and direction for native experiences that help people work more efficiently and effectively with both humans and agents.
This role is not about building integrations for their own sake-it's about designing high-quality, human-centered experiences that use calendar and email as inputs to help people focus, prioritize, and move work forward inside Slack. You'll define how these core productivity signals show up in Slack, shaping experiences that feel intuitive, thoughtful, and delightful, whether users are collaborating with teammates or working alongside agents.

What You'll Do

  • Set the product vision for calendar, email and other enterprise context-powered experiences in Slack, defining how these signals help people focus, prioritize, and move work forward

  • Design for delight and clarity, leading with strong product judgment and a high bar for experience quality, usability, and coherence

  • Develop and drive a roadmap centered on end-user impact, balancing near-term experience improvements with longer-term strategic bets

  • Partner deeply with design and research to understand user needs, prototype early, and iterate toward elegant, human-centered solutions

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and platform partners to deliver high-quality experiences, making thoughtful trade-offs without losing sight of the user

  • Influence executives and cross-functional leaders by clearly articulating vision, priorities, and the rationale behind decisions

  • Operate with urgency and learning, using data, feedback, and intuition to refine direction and continuously raise the bar

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience leading significant, user-facing product initiatives, ideally in productivity, collaboration, or consumer-grade enterprise software

  • A strong track record of building experience-driven products, with demonstrated taste, judgment, and attention to detail

  • Deep empathy for users and an ability to translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences

  • Experience working with integrations or ecosystems, with a clear bias toward the experience they enable, not just the underlying mechanics

  • Excellent communication skills, whether working with executives, cross-functional partners, or when mentoring peers

  • Impeccable follow-through. You say what you'll do, and do what you say. You hold your team to this standard. You don't let details slip

  • Tolerance for ambiguity, creativity in strategy and execution tactics, and always improving the status quo and moving things forward

  • As an Individual Contributor role, we are looking for a product leader who is excited to define and build the future of Slack
