Current Need: We are seeking a highly skilledLead Technical Project Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our Product Management planning process. This critical role will ensure alignment between business objectives, product vision, and team execution by driving our Program Increment (PI) planning activities, creating and managing our product request demand intake, and driving process creation and iteration to improve key performance indicators and metrics across the Product team. The ideal candidate is skilled with JIRA, opinionated on planning tools and processes, demonstrates experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe) and possesses exceptional orchestration skills to drive collaboration, accountability, and execution across multiple teams in a highly matrixed organization. About You: One-off processes are your nemesis-you're passionate about building solutions and workflows that are logical, repeatable, scalable, and predictable, ensuring the product team can operate with transparency and accountability. Best practices are your north star, and you're always on the lookout for ways to improve, even if it means challenging the status quo. Tackling complex, cross-functional challenges is your calling, and you have a knack for breaking them down into actionable, manageable steps that drive alignment and measurable results across teams.
