About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI Governance Analyst to oversee the operationalization and ongoing management of our new AI governance platform. This critical role sits at the intersection of technology, compliance, security, and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring our AI governance framework, ensuring our AI initiatives are ethical, compliant, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

What you will do:

AI Platform Management & Operationalization

  • Lead the deployment and operationalization of our AI governance platform across the organization, developing a clear roadmap and adoption strategy.

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our AI governance platform, defining its use cases, configurations, and integration points with existing systems.

  • Develop and implement Platform Monitoring protocols to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance metrics.

  • Develop world-class processes and documentation to communicate decisions to our stakeholders

AI Governance & Compliance

  • Translate emerging AI regulations and ethical guidelines (e.g., ISO 42001, EU AI Act, etc.) into practical policies and controls within the AI platform framework.

  • Collaborate closely with our Legal and Compliance teams to embed regulatory requirements into the AI development lifecycle.

  • Define and enforce data privacy and security standards for AI systems, working with Cybersecurity to mitigate risks and respond to incidents.

Program Management & Reporting

  • Apply Program Management principles to track and report on the progress of AI governance initiatives and the overall health of the Singulr AI deployment.

  • Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide transparent, real-time insights into AI risk exposure, policy compliance, and operational efficiency for executive stakeholders.

  • Manage cross-functional working groups of business leaders and communicate our AI governance strategy to senior leaders.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Technology Risk, or related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or MLOps.

  • Proven ability to manage and operationalize a complex software platform (SaaS or internal enterprise platform).

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar data visualization tools) for creating executive-level reports and interactive dashboards.

  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management of complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.

Highly Desired Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of Legal, Compliance, and/or Cybersecurity principles, specifically as they relate to data and AI systems.

  • Familiarity with major AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles).

  • Technical understanding of the AI/ML and software development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring).

  • Attention to detail and ability to see projects through all the way until completion

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and regulatory jargon into clear, actionable business insights.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 134,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
