Machine Operator

Schedule: 4:00am - 4:00pm, Mon - Fri

Pay: $22.50/hr.

Essential functions:

• Monitor and inspect assigned areas to ensure proper equipment operation and product quality.
• Identify and address safety, cleanliness, process operability, or quality issues.
• Communicate and coordinate maintenance needs to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Participate in plant continuous improvement programs.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow all safety regulations and company rules.
• Perform quality control sampling of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Troubleshoot processes, assist plant personnel, and cross-train for other operator duties as needed.

Qualified candidates will have machine operating experience, basic math skills, and excellent communication skills.
