The Transformation department is the driving force behind the Publication Division's transformative efforts, including our 2026 strategic initiatives. Our mission is to foster innovation and continuous improvement by partnering closely with employees, leaders, and executives across Pubs.

Position Summary:

Join Us on our Transformation Journey! This internship offers a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and transform with a geographically dispersed division of 500 professionals. You'll dive into current communication and change management practices, uncover areas for improvement, and support design of bold, innovative strategies that foster engagement, transparency, and teamwork. If you're passionate about creative problem-solving and driving meaningful change, this role is your chance to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with team members to develop a comprehensive internal communications plan.
  • Assist with key internal communication activities, including, but not limited to, preparing for monthly division webinar, supporting the Change Agent Network and initiatives to strengthen change management practices, and contributing to stakeholder engagement and relationship management efforts.
  • Support the evolution of communication tools by researching and recommending enhancements to improve effectiveness and adoption.



Education Requirements:
The Ideal candidate will be rising junior or rising senior pursing a major in Communications

Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a major in Communications

Pay Transparency: This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office. The following are the intended hourly rates for this part time/nonexempt role: Rising Junior-$24.00; Rising Senior-$25.00; Current Grad/PhD Student- $29.00.

Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be made in the sole discretion of ACS. ACS reserves the right to amend or modify its employment benefits and compensation structure at any time.

*This position will be primarily based in the Washington D.C. (or applicable) office. ACS employees work a hybrid work schedule, consisting of working onsite, two days per week. Schedule flexibility may be required for this role to support in-office activities. While always welcome to work in the office, employees may work the other three days of the week from a location of their choice.
