Summary: The Human Resource Generalist supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department to ensure smooth HR processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver a strong candidate and employee experience. This role works closely with the Senior HR Generalist assisting with key responsibilities such as conducting HRIS data audits, providing internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver required human resources and generating custom reports. This position also supports the Talent Acquisition Manager by assisting recruiting logistics including generating offer letters, scheduling interviews and coordinating career fairs and outreach events. Physical Demands Minimal travel is required for this position. Position is primarily an office position, performs work at a desk. The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time. Employee must be able to wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) in order to conduct job site visits (hard hats, personal floatation devices, safety glasses, gloves, safety-toed shoes, respirators, etc.), and be able to navigate stairs, ladders, gangways, and to board, work on, and disembark floating vessels and structures.
