Position Highlights

Arizona Arts Live is accepting applications for their Customer Service Representative II position. This position will perform and supervise the selling of event tickets.

This is an on-call position which requires availability during the day, evenings and weekends. Frequent hours needed are 11:45am-3:00pm, some evenings and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform and oversee the work of staff engaged in the
    duties and responsibilities listed.
  • Sell patrons tickets and ensure tickets are valid.
  • Help patrons with seating needs.
  • Provides information to patrons regarding the events
    and special facilities for the disabled provides directions and/or parking
    alternatives request for visitors, students, staff and faculty.
  • Supervises student staff intermittently.
  • Follows all ADA and safety protocols.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently
    lift/move/transport up to 20lbs of weight.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent
    learning attained through experience required.
