Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your program management and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll lead the overall Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the program, ensuring its success through effective leadership and operational management. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, program development, and technical support), coordinate program work packages, manage risks and mitigation plans, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Leading the program development activities and delivering the program's baselines according to the Engineering Management Plan and the Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments.,



  • Proposing and maintaining the development detailed roadmap implementation aligned with solution needs and requirements, in coordination with other Program Managers as needed, ensuring safety & quality, application competitiveness, customer orientation, and innovation.,



  • Managing, controlling, and executing timely all developments related to the program (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) and ensuring compliance with the approved QCD commitments.,



  • Managing Delivery On-Time (IOT/DOT - IOT-i/DOT-i) commitment and change.,



  • Coordinating all program Work Packages, capacity/resource analysis, risks, and mitigation plans with the unit/team according to the Program Development Organization (PDO).,



  • Ensuring that Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions are implemented.,



  • Driving Program Reviews (MPR or CPR) to review operational execution of the program together with the Meta-program Leader and Development Director and providing QCD reports to Platform and R&D (through the Program Review Board-PRB).,



  • Proposing and driving improvement action plans in the Program (efficiency, competitiveness).,



  • Taking leadership in Safety and critical issues, Cybersecurity, and Major Availability issues on projects, securing proper and prompt resolution of technical issues.,



  • Acting as the program's interface on technical matters."

  • Experience or understanding of complex systems, program, or project management ,



  • Knowledge of program technical domains, including engineering product development lifecycle ,

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and leadership ,



  • Risk assessment and the ability to anticipate and mobilize teams to reach objectives ,



  • Decision-making ability with a focus on analytical and critical thinking ,



  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive solutions ,



  • Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope ,



  • Effective communication skills to interface on technical matters and lead program reviews
