Detailed Description The Wellsite Operator I performs hands-on operational and logistical duties at the wellsite, ensuring bulk product is received, transferred, and documented accurately while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. The role requires operation of wellsite equipment, routine maintenance, and coordination with supervisors and customer service to support daily operations. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all company, local, state, and federal regulations
- Ability to safely operate wellsite equipment including conveyors, silos, gravity boxes, tanks, pipelines, and elevators
- Capable of performing pre- and post-operation inspections and documenting results per company guidelines
- Able to perform clerical and reporting functions related to receipts, shipments, and inventory
- Works effectively in team environments and assists with training new employees
- Maintains professionalism, positive attitude, and customer-focused behavior at all times
- Learns and adapts quickly to new technical skills, processes, and changing conditions
- Able to work efficiently in high-stress, fast-paced, and outdoor environments
- Must be able to understand, speak, and respond to safety and operational instructions in English
Minimum Qualifications (Trainee)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to work shifts exceeding 12 continuous hours
- Must be able to wear required PPE including respirator and full-body harness
Minimum Qualifications ( Level 1)

- Must be able to work shifts exceeding 12 continuous hours
- Must be able to wear required PPE including respirator and full-body harness
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the oilfield and/or wellsite operations required

- Must be able to work shifts exceeding 12 continuous hours
- Must be able to wear required PPE including respirator and full-body harness
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in the oilfield and/or wellsite operations required
Minimum Qualifications ( Level 3)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to work shifts exceeding 12 continuous hours
- Must be able to wear required PPE including respirator and full-body harness
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in the oilfield and/or wellsite operations required
Additional Details (Working Conditions & Physical Demands)
- Non-exempt, hourly position
- Medium physical work requiring lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Required physical activities include climbing, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand motions
- Work performed indoors and outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold
- Regular exposure to noise, hazardous equipment, chemicals, atmospheric conditions, confined spaces, and potentially explosive or toxic materials
- Travel required up to 100% of the time
- Respirator fit test required
- Work is performed under close supervision with clearly defined procedures and limited decision-making authority
