Responsibilities

The Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goal. The project engineer is the responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.



Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline with 0-2 years of experience.
  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  2. Experience in designing and implementing business processes that mitigate compliance, regulatory, and legal risks in a hospital environment preferred.
  3. Experience managing revenue generating projects preferred.
  4. Previous Healthcare experience in managing and servicing general and complex medical equipment preferred.
  5. Process improvement skills required.
  6. Strong planning and organization, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  7. Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solution.
  8. Good general business skills, high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness and business ethics. High degree of self-motivation, commitment and integrity.
  9. Strong written and verbal communications skills. 1 Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  10. Ability to write reports and make presentations on operational and technical issues.
  11. Must have basic knowledge in the use of the following tools: Microsoft Project (EPPM), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  12. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Clinical applications, CMMS systems).
  13. Ability to troubleshoot, read schematics and/or blue prints.
  14. Valid driver's license required.
  15. Ability to travel 50% of the time.


Pay Transparency

BioMedical Services, Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $87,048.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
