Position Overview: The Key Account Director at Blue Yonder will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and growth of key customer accounts. This senior role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, a strategic approach to relationship management, and the ability to drive business growth through tailored solutions. The Key Account Director will serve as a primary contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success while aligning Blue Yonder's offerings with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for major clients, addressing their needs and offering solutions that align with Blue Yonder's product offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, customer success, and technical support, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Technical Environment:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software and solutions, including AI and machine learning applications.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the technology or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving significant sales growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
