Receptionist (Part-Time)

As Receptionist, you are an invaluable asset who is critical to the success of the organization. The front desk runs like a well-oiled machine because of your hard work and efforts. Technology is second nature to you - you are comfortable using computers and telephones to complete assigned tasks. Answering phone calls and maintaining a relationship with our clients is a breeze because of your exceptional ability to communicate. • Represent ECS in initial on premise contact
• Provide routine information and direction to callers and visitors
• Receive and relay incoming calls; direct calls of a general nature to the proper party
• Receive and direct visitors, clients, and applicants to proper individual
• Additional responsibilities include word processing [type at least 60wpm], assembling and binding reports, formatting and scanning documents, transmitting documents, sorting/distributing mail and general office filing, receive and process all scheduling calls, enter concrete breaks daily, update and manage project insurance certificates, and subcontractor agreement and insurance
• Scan and link current and archived project related correspondence and assist all departments with various general office support

• High school diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of experience
