What to Expect
The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, whopossessoutstanding communication skills anddemonstratesdiligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completedin a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform "hands on" tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large itemsthroughout the facility.

What You'll Do
  • Workstation& IT(monitors, mice, & keyboard)setup/breakdown

  • Event setup/breakdown

  • Daily walkthroughs (Checking common spaces, resetting furniture, and reporting cleanliness issues)

  • Furniture Assembly/Installation& Small Moves (under 10)

  • Cable Management

  • Forklift Utilization

  • GeneralTicketRequests


What You'll Bring
  • 1+ yearsof relevant experience in a corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting

  • Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 35 lbs.

  • Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture & partition grids

  • Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude with customer focus; excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills; strong work ethic, quality commitment, and follow-through; collaborative teamplayer

  • Availability to work weekends/nights as neededtomeet schedule demand

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with constantly changing priorities and demands; works independently on tasks while accepting direction on assignments

  • Creating an excellent workplace may require you to take on Workplace and Facility tasks that may be beyond your typical day to day responsibilities.The ability to take these on is what makes Workplace successful

    Expected Compensation
    $18.18 - $37.37/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
