We're looking for a detail driven, technically minded self starter to step into the CG Artist role. This position works out of KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI.



This position is essential to ensuring KI's products are represented with visual accuracy, consistency, and impact across all digital platforms. The CG Artist plays a central role in how our product data, design intent, and brand storytelling come together - creating, maintaining, and refining the 3D visual assets that power everything from configurators to marketing campaigns.

* Deep Technical & Creative Engagement



  • Work hands on with 3D geometry, rendering platforms, structured data, and advanced visualization tools to bring KI products to life with photorealistic accuracy.


* Precision & Consistency



  • Ensure product models, materials, finishes, and visual standards are flawlessly maintained across platforms - including configurators, BIM libraries, digital catalogs, and marketing channels.


* Creative Meets Technical



  • Translate CAD data, product specifications, and design intent into compelling 3D renderings, animations, and interactive experiences that support storytelling and customer engagement.


* Leadership & Mentorship



  • Guide visualization specialists, support workflow improvements, and contribute to the evolution of KI's visualization standards, tools, and processes.


* Cross Functional Impact



  • Collaborate with Industrial Design, Engineering, IT, and Marketing Communications to align product data, visual assets, and digital experiences across the entire product lifecycle.

Qualifications


Required:



  • 7-10 years of experience in 3D visualization, product modeling, or design technology. Proven ability to create photorealistic renderings, animations, and interactive 3D experiences.
  • Experience working with structured data formats (JSON, SIF, SQL) and complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of rendering platforms (V Ray, KeyShot, Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.).
  • Portfolio demonstrating high quality 3D visualization work.


Preferred:



  • Knowledge of KI products, policies, and processes.
  • Experience with CAD, BIM, and data management systems.
  • Familiarity with AI enhanced visualization tools and CAD to visualization pipelines.
  • Certifications in data analytics, visualization integration, or AI based creative production.
