Job Overview:



We are seeking a Creative Copywriter to work from KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay. This position is responsible for crafting compelling, brand-aligned messaging that drives engagement, strengthens brand voice, and supports marketing initiatives across all verticals and brands, including KI, Pallas Textiles, and KI Wall. This role blends conceptual thinking with high-level writing skills to produce standout ideas and copy for campaigns, digital platforms, and traditional media. It combines human creativity with an understanding of AI tools, leveraging them to enhance ideation, refine messaging, and maintain consistency across three distinct brand voices. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy-shaping brand stories, generating campaign concepts, and delivering polished copy that resonates.



Specific responsibilities include:



  • Conceptual Content Creation & Messaging:

    • Generate ideas and write compelling copy for integrated campaigns, product storytelling, brand initiatives, and thought leadership efforts.
    • Write clear, engaging, and brand consistent content for digital and print channels.
    • Contribute big-picture thinking during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
    • Develop and refine AI-generated copy by crafting effective prompts, evaluating output quality, editing, and training for effective voice and tone to align with brand standards.


  • Campaign & Brand Storytelling Support:

    • Develop messaging that aligns with campaign goals and strengthens the emotional resonance of the brand.
    • Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, and optimize marketing copy for campaigns ensuring creativity, clarity, and strategic alignment with business goals.


  • Editing, Proofing & Quality Control:

    • Review and revise copy for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and impact.
    • Proofread internal and external communications for brand consistency and error-free execution.


  • Ongoing Learning & Creative Trends:

    • Stay attuned to trends in advertising, design, digital storytelling, and marketing communication
    • Participate in workshops, webinars, or writing course to sharpen creative writing and messaging skills.
    • Contribute to evolving brand voice standards and style guides.





What you Need to Succeed:



  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in creative copywriting, content marketing, or campaign development roles, preferably in a corporate marketing or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing ideas and writing for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience writing for a variety of platforms and formats, including web, social, e-mail, advertising, news media, print, and video.
  • Familiarity working within established brand guidelines and a creative brief process.
  • Exceptional command of language, storytelling, and persuasive writing techniques; ability to create content that captures attention and drives action.
  • Understanding of how content supports the buyer journey, brand identity, and conversion goals.
  • Familiarity with writing for SEO, e-mail marketing, UX writing, and content management systems is a plus!
